Lake Pleasant with Baby | Peoria, AZ

Lake Pleasant has quickly become my favorite spot for photography! The stunning hills, rocky landscapes, and beautiful water create dreamy backgrounds for my photos. 

During our visit, the weather was warm, so we decided to go without shoes. Mom mentioned that Baby is much happier in lighter clothing, too! 

What you wear is important for a photoshoot. We chose to go with white and tan outfits. Mom wore a lovely dress from Lulus.com, which I have available for you to borrow for your next photoshoot. I also have an adorable little diaper cover!

While we’re out photographing, we often spot some burros. I say “we” because my husband joins me as my lighting assistant—good lighting really makes a difference in how bright and clear the faces look, which simplifies my editing process.

Lake Pleasant is just a 25-minute drive from Anthem, and it’s definitely worth the little excursion!
